S\u00edtio Flores est\u00e1 localizado em um fragmento de mata h\u00e1 15 km da cidade de Alta Floresta\/MT, na Com. Nossa Sr\u00aa de Guadalupe. Desenvolve atividades de turismo de viv\u00eancia, oficinas de bioconstru\u00e7\u00e3o, saneamento ecol\u00f3gico, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o natural, etc. Possui uma Cozinha Vegetariana, com op\u00e7\u00f5es veganas. Tamb\u00e9m realizamos atividades Culturais, como aulas de Capoeira Angola, de musicaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, artes circenses. Saraus Culturais, espet\u00e1culos teatrais, shows, etc. Possui instala\u00e7\u00f5es para hospedagem em red\u00e1rio e camping. O S\u00edtio possui tamb\u00e9m um amplo espa\u00e7o pra reuni\u00f5es e eventos, com capacidade para cerca de 60 pessoas. As infra-estruturas s\u00e3o bioconstru\u00eddas, com saneamento ecol\u00f3gico, harmonizando com o ambiente de floresta que as rodeiam. Possui trilha ecol\u00f3gica para caminhada e observa\u00e7\u00e3o da abundante fauna local.

O S\u00edtio Flores \u00e9 uma propriedade agroecol\u00f3gica que nasce, como empreendimento, em 2017, uma das maiores motiva\u00e7\u00e3o para desenvolv\u00ea-lo foi partir do pr\u00f3prio local de moradia, onde atividades diversas fossem desenvolvidas no pr\u00f3prio s\u00edtio e em fam\u00edlia. Trouxemos esse sonho pra constru\u00e7\u00e3o do formato de atua\u00e7\u00e3o profissional. Aproveitando o potencial atrativo da pluralidade dos empreendimentos da comunidade, atrelado ao S\u00edtio Flores, onde a diversidade de animais silvestres\u00a0 \u00e9 abundante e a estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as instala\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o bioconstru\u00eddas e com solu\u00e7\u00f5es ecol\u00f3gicas\/sustent\u00e1veis para res\u00edduos, resolvemos potencializ\u00e1-lo ainda mais com a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma cozinha industrial e um espa\u00e7o de conviv\u00eancia equipado com banheiros ecol\u00f3gicos e red\u00e1rio, a fim de fortalecer o empreendimento e catalisar as a\u00e7\u00f5es tur\u00edstico\/culturais da comunidade, bem como fortalecer os empreendimentos vizinhos. Assim o s\u00edtio come\u00e7a a receber diversos eventos como reuni\u00f5es, eventos coorporativos, confraterniza\u00e7\u00f5es, cursos, viv\u00eancias, mutir\u00f5es, eventos art\u00edsticos e visita\u00e7\u00e3o, sempre associada ao servi\u00e7o de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. Desde ent\u00e3o, a atividade gastron\u00f4mica tem criado a sua identidade atrav\u00e9s da oferta de produtos integrais, produzidos com ingredientes: locais, de produ\u00e7\u00e3o agroecol\u00f3gica, de sistemas agroflorestais, plantas aliment\u00edcias n\u00e3o convencionais (PANC) e org\u00e2nicos sempre que poss\u00edvel, vegetariano sem gl\u00faten e veganos.<\/p>

A comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o (antes da pandemia) tamb\u00e9m era feita em parceria com outros atores locais, na \u00e1rea urbana da cidade. Atrav\u00e9s dessas parcerias eram realizados Saraus mensais, que unia a culin\u00e1ria, comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o solid\u00e1ria e arte sendo estendida eventualmente para o espa\u00e7o de conviv\u00eancia do S\u00edtio Flores onde evidenciava o potencial tur\u00edstico destas a\u00e7\u00f5es, e nos dava um apontamento para o leque de atividades que era poss\u00edvel desenvolver a partir do S\u00edtio.<\/p>

Tem sido um grande desafio modelar o empreendimento, nesse per\u00edodo onde as a\u00e7\u00f5es\/atividades, por quest\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a sanit\u00e1ria, n\u00e3o podem ser pensadas para atender um numero maior de pessoas, a fim de viabilizar as atividades log\u00edstica e financeiramente.<\/p>

A expectativa para o ano de 2021 \u00e9 ampliar as atividades voltadas ao turismo. Possibilitando que mais pessoas, em grupos menores, visitem o espa\u00e7o do S\u00edtio, usufruindo dos servi\u00e7os de turismo de viv\u00eancia, gastron\u00f4mico e cultural.<\/p>

Fazer a gest\u00e3o de um empreendimento com atividades diversas e complementares, tem nos colocado em movimento, em especial a fim de desenvolver capacidade de uso de ferramentas de social m\u00eddia para dar esse novo rumo ao neg\u00f3cio.
