empreendimento, em qualquer \u00e1rea de atua\u00e7\u00e3o ou segmento, que esteja exclu\u00eddo das regras da Lei Geral de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados. Com as san\u00e7\u00f5es em vigor desde agosto de 2021, a LGPD prev\u00ea multas e penalidades administrativas a empresas que n\u00e3o realizarem adequadamente o tratamento dos dados de seus clientes.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A lei tamb\u00e9m se aplica \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es, empresas e profissionais do setor criativo e cultural que se utilizam de dados pessoais para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de suas atividades. Em virtude da necessidade de distanciamento f\u00edsico durante a pandemia, at\u00e9 mesmo as empresas mais tradicionais da \u00e1rea, inclusive os equipamentos culturais, t\u00eam trabalhado online para manter e ampliar suas atividades, al\u00e9m de estreitar o relacionamento com os usu\u00e1rios.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ent\u00e3o eu te pergunto: voc\u00ea, que atua no setor criativo, est\u00e1 pronto (a) para essa nova jornada? Para te ajudar, acontece entre os dias 05 e 20 de outubro de 2021 o curso \u201cLGPD para Empreendimentos Culturais e Criativos\u201d. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o, com certifica\u00e7\u00e3o ao final, ser\u00e1 totalmente remota e em formato ass\u00edncrono. As aulas ser\u00e3o ministradas pela advogada Mayara Dal Berto.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto foi selecionado no Edital Nascentes, da Secretaria de Estado de Cultura, Esporte e Lazer \u2013 SECEL\/MT, atrav\u00e9s da Lei Aldir Blanc, e realizado em parceria com o Instituto Inrede e Instituto Caracol. Seu p\u00fablico-alvo s\u00e3o empreendedores (as), secretarias de Cultura, organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil (cooperativas e associa\u00e7\u00f5es culturais) e demais interessados.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Turmas e inscri\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o gratuitas e seguem abertas at\u00e9 o dia 30 de setembro, atrav\u00e9s do link: https:\/\/bityli.com\/FZ3iqs.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A forma\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 dividida em duas turmas, com 25 vagas dispon\u00edveis para cada uma.
