Isso inclui pesquisa e desenvolvimento, inova\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica, educa\u00e7\u00e3o especializada, produ\u00e7\u00e3o intelectual, tecnologia da informa\u00e7\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, entre outros. O \u201ctrabalhador do conhecimento\u201d \u00e9 quem trabalha essencialmente com informa\u00e7\u00e3o, aprendizado constante e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o criativa dessa base intelectual para resolver problemas ou oferecer novos produtos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esse <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/abramark.com.br\/abramark\/druckers-daily-0051-trabalhador-do-conhecimento\/#:~:text=O%20Trabalhador%20do%20Conhecimento%2C%20segundo%20Peter%20Drucker%2C,enfrentar%20os%20desafios%20do%20futuro%20com%20coragem\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">modelo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> destaca-se pelo uso de tecnologia, conectividade e pensamento criativo para gerar riqueza, n\u00e3o apenas como produ\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica, mas como produ\u00e7\u00e3o de valor imaterial, digital ou intelectual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Dados sobre a Economia do Conhecimento<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No Brasil existem instrumentos legais que fomentam esse modelo. Tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 mudan\u00e7as recentes como a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/lcp\/lcp182.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lei Complementar n\u00ba 182\/2021<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que favorece startups e inova\u00e7\u00e3o no pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mesmo com essas leis, o pa\u00eds ainda enfrenta desafios:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O investimento em P&amp;D como propor\u00e7\u00e3o do PIB continua sendo menor do que em economias mais desenvolvidas.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O \u00edndice de patentes no Brasil \u00e9 relativamente baixo frente ao potencial acad\u00eamico e tecnol\u00f3gico existente.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A conectividade digital e acesso regular \u00e0 internet cresceram bastante, mas ainda h\u00e1 desigualdades regionais no acesso a infraestrutura de tecnologia, forma\u00e7\u00e3o avan\u00e7ada ou redes de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o internacional.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esses fatores resultam numa discrep\u00e2ncia entre o conhecimento criado (universidades, pesquisa) e o uso comercial\/inovativo que poderia gerar valor econ\u00f4mico direto.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Economia do Conhecimento no Centro-Oeste<\/b><\/h2>\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em Mato Grosso, a Economia do Conhecimento ainda est\u00e1 em fase inicial. A economia do estado \u00e9 predominantemente baseada no agroneg\u00f3cio, com destaque para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de gr\u00e3os como soja, milho e algod\u00e3o.
