Com o resultado, que foi publicado nesta semana (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/cultura\/pt-br\/assuntos\/editais\/inscricoes-encerradas\/edital-arranjos-regionais\/resultado_final_arranjos_regionais.pdf\">veja aqui<\/a>), cerca de R$ 15 milh\u00f5es ser\u00e3o disponibilizados ao setor audiovisual mato-grossense em 2026, por meio de parceria entre o Governo Federal e o Governo de Mato Grosso.<\/p><p>Visando a expans\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o e a circula\u00e7\u00e3o de obras audiovisuais brasileiras em todas as regi\u00f5es, o edital de Arranjos Regionais promove uma gest\u00e3o compartilhada entre o Governo Federal, estados e munic\u00edpios. Juntos, os entes federativos unem recursos para estimular o setor audiovisual, levando em conta as caracter\u00edsticas e necessidades de cada territ\u00f3rio.<\/p><p>A proposta inscrita pela Secel prev\u00ea investimento pr\u00f3prio de R$ 3 milh\u00f5es e pleiteia at\u00e9 cinco vezes o valor da contrapartida. No total, ser\u00e3o cerca de R$ 15 milh\u00f5es para fomentar a cadeia produtiva do audiovisual em Mato Grosso.<\/p><p>O plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o prop\u00f5e a\u00e7\u00f5es de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de longas-metragens, telefilmes, s\u00e9ries e curtas-metragens nas categorias de document\u00e1rio fic\u00e7\u00e3o e anima\u00e7\u00e3o. Tamb\u00e9m foram propostas a\u00e7\u00f5es de difus\u00e3o, como festivais e mostras, e de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e licenciamento de filmes.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m do plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o, foram ainda apresentados documentos que comprovem a disponibilidade or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria pra pagamento da contrapartida, e o panorama do setor audiovisual local.<\/p><p>De acordo com o secret\u00e1rio adjunto de Cultura da Secel, Jan Moura, os pr\u00f3ximos passos incluem a constru\u00e7\u00e3o mais aprofundada das a\u00e7\u00f5es a serem executadas.<\/p><p>\u201cDevemos realizar escutas p\u00fablicas para conhecer as principais prioridades do setor e assim definir os programas e editais. \u00a0O importante \u00e9 que a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da nossa proposta assegura uma complementa\u00e7\u00e3o de investimentos que vai fortalecer ainda mais o audiovisual mato-grossense\u201d, destaca Jan. \u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Sobre os Arranjos Regionais<\/strong><\/p><p>O edital de Arranjos Regionais conta com investimento total de R$ 542 milh\u00f5es, e recebeu propostas de quase todas as unidades federativas (apenas Rond\u00f4nia n\u00e3o enviou projeto). Com o aporte, a iniciativa vai apoiar, em todo o pa\u00eds, 261 longas-metragens, 80 telefilmes, 89 obras seriadas e 129 projetos de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o e de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/p><p>Os governos locais tamb\u00e9m investir\u00e3o cerca de R$ 120 milh\u00f5es em a\u00e7\u00f5es de difus\u00e3o, pesquisa, forma\u00e7\u00e3o, mem\u00f3ria e preserva\u00e7\u00e3o audiovisual, atividades cineclubistas, desenvolvimento de projetos e n\u00facleos criativos, produ\u00e7\u00e3o de curtas, m\u00e9dias-metragens, jogos eletr\u00f4nicos, anima\u00e7\u00f5es e conte\u00fados voltados ao p\u00fablico infantil.<\/p><p>A complementa\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos aos entes estaduais e municipais ser\u00e1 feita pelo Fundo Setorial do Audiovisual (FSA). J\u00e1 a condu\u00e7\u00e3o do processo seletivo cabe \u00e0 Secretaria do Audiovisual do MinC, e o processo de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o dos projetos selecionados, \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia Nacional do Cinema
