Direcionada aos agentes culturais que tiveram propostas aprovadas nos editais do Ciclo 1, a publica\u00e7\u00e3o oferece orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para facilitar o trabalho durante e ap\u00f3s a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades planejadas.<\/p><p>\u201cTemos um importante desafio que \u00e9 potencializar o uso do recurso p\u00fablico. Fazendo com que nossos parceiros, os proponentes, possam fazer um bom uso e entregar a melhor experi\u00eancia cultural para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o. A cartilha \u00e9 uma das ferramentas que utilizamos para alcan\u00e7ar esse objetivo\u201d, destaca o secret\u00e1rio adjunto de Cultura da Secel, Jan Moura.<\/p><p>O documento \u00e9 dividido em nove partes, contendo: Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, Editais do Ciclo 1 da PNAB-MT, Documentos Preparat\u00f3rios, Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es do Agente Cultural, Execu\u00e7\u00e3o do Projeto Cultural, Execu\u00e7\u00e3o Financeira, Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Contas, Informa\u00e7\u00f5es Finais e Contatos.<\/p><p>Exclusivamente digital, a cartilha est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel no site\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.secel.mt.gov.br\/editais-cultura1\">www.secel.mt.gov.br\/editais-cultura1<\/a>\u00a0nas p\u00e1ginas de cada sele\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica do Ciclo 1 da Pnab.<\/p><p>A elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do material faz parte de entregas previstas no edital de operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m promovido pela Secretaria Estadual, que selecionou o Mutirum Instituto para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m da cartilha, o Instituto ir\u00e1 ministrar Oficinas de Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para os agentes culturais contemplados pelos editais, para facilitar o processo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o e presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas dos projetos. As capacita\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o apresentadas nos modelos presencial e telepresencial, e ser\u00e3o realizadas ao longo dos meses de janeiro a abril de 2026.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Os projetos<\/strong><\/p><p>Ao todo, mais de 300 projetos foram contemplados em 10 editais promovidos pela Secel, beneficiando diferentes \u00e1reas, entre as quais literatura, economia criativa, patrim\u00f4nio hist\u00f3rico e diversas atividades art\u00edstico-culturais.<\/p><p>As propostas foram selecionadas entre cerca de 2 mil inscritas. O processo de an\u00e1lise e sele\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m contou com a parceria do Mutirum Instituto.<\/p><p>\u201cOs quase dois mil projetos foram inscritos a partir de todas as regi\u00f5es e\u00a0microrregi\u00f5es do Estado, comprovando a for\u00e7a e a diversidade da cultura\u00a0e da economia criativa em Mato Grosso\u201d, observa a diretora do Mutirum, Ana Cristina
